You're right, Gamma Phi did get a lot of good girls this year, but from what I've seen around campus/heard a lot of the "good" ones either dropped or don't wear their letters around campus. The majority of the older girls are still a little odd though, and unfortunately one pledge class with a few good girls can't change a whole house's reputation. If they get, and are able to keep, another few good pledge classes then maybe they will rise up. Until then they are still bottom. As a side note, even the "bottom" houses at Alabama would be considered to be middle to top tier at almost any other school. In order to get into any sorority here you have to be "top tier" material for most other schools across the country. We have one of the greatest greek systems around!
