You left out one really important piece of information. Are you in state or out of state and if OOS are you southern or FAR out of state. This is the biggest factor in where you place. - Little to no connections but instate would be questionable and you would definately be new row. To be instate with little or no connections would raise many flags. - No connections but southern, I think AXO or AGD might take you even with average looks but would not look for any other OR houses, if not you have a chance at most mid ranked and lower NR houses. It could be luck of the draw depending on who you connect with during rush. The average looks will keep you out of any higher ranked NR houses. -If you are far OOS, smart, not connected you will likely end up in KAT, GPB, or DZ if you are not accidentally cut for failing to make an impression fast enough.
