Based on recruitment dynamics these are the three most desired new row houses, with the possible exception of a phi. But dg and Adpi are in the mix too but for whatever reason they just are not pursued or sought after. All are fine house, including those that are not "top" of new row. May not be "fair" or "right" to a single observer based on their tastes but these are objectively top of new if we base "top" on "most wanted".
