Alpha Chi/Phi Mu This is based on overall desirability and reputation, not "I feel like XYZ has the best sisterhood." Plenty of bottom houses have the best sisterhood in the world, but PNM's still don't want them. These two are very well known, involved, good grades, gorgeous houses, and always pulling the best pc's.
