EVERY house has their good and their bad!!! And BTW Theta has great grades and great involvement... If you're going to say DG & ADPi have good grades/involvement then you need to be fair and "give credit where it's due" for Theta as well. Truth is ranks are SUBJECTIVE. I know people who think GPhi is amazing, I know people who think GPhi is awful... Completely subjective which is why if you think ranks/tiers matter then YOU'RE the one with issues.
