In MY opinion I don't really see GPhi as trending up. I mean, yes, they've made drastic improvements compared to earlier years. But for the most part, their recent PC's have been very mixed. Half of the girls are OOS partiers, the other half of the girls are very quiet and mild. However, I do think that GPhi does know how to sell themselves well... They know the "image" they want people to perceive them as and they follow through with it reasonably well doing such through social media. The biggest things GPhi struggle with though is grades, overall reputation among both PNMs and other Greeks on campus, as well as sisterhood. I've met some really sweet GPhi's, I've met some really disgusting ones. Solid bottom tier house.
