Why didn't you get a bid this time? Or did you, and it wasn't the house you wanted? Here's your reality: Unless you get a 4.0 and become best friends with tons of girls in whatever house it is that you want to join, you will be disappointed with your schedule. Someone will respond here and say that they re-rushed and got a top house, but they are either lying, or one of the luckiest people on the planet. A lot of houses have a "dropped once, dropped twice" policy, and those that don't will want people that they know. Good luck, but I'd make sure you find some fun 'non-greek' activities to join, so that you aren't too disappointed.
