Believe it or not, the lower ranked houses are also very competitive during rush. It just goes to show that there's not one house here that's "easy" to get into. GPB wants independent and fun girls, Theta wants smart and involved girls, DZ wants cool and fun girls, AOPi wants nice and involved girls. All of these houses have a type and they're going to fight hard to get their top PNMs.
