-How your sophomore rush goes is based largely on how strong your connections are in every house. Houses that you aren't connected to will not give you a second look if you dropped last year, especially the houses you had left when you quit. -Your high school information is irrelevant now. It's all about what you do as a freshman. So get AWESOME grades, be involved, maintain a clean rep, and connect with sorority women (see above). -You will register for recruitment, submit recs, etc, just like you did last time. -Making friends is going to depend on who you are and how much effort you make. Reach out to everyone and they won't treat you differently.
