I agree with most. However, APhi is definitely not bottom. They just aren't. They do have terrible grades but they have improved. As someone above said, they have everything else, just not the grades. For popularity and a lot else...not bottom. If tiers are in order, then ZTA definitely before ADPi. If not, then all but APhi looks right to me.
