It's an odd troll message, if it is one. There are no houses mentioned. Sure you can guess the roommate wanted OR, but even then, it's not bashing houses, just the roommate for being petty. The movie reference is pretty iconic. I'm willing to bet most of the people here, even the non-trolls, got it. Who knows, though. With all the trolling going on over the past few weeks, maybe they've run out of material.
