I partially agree with you but I also think AGD has really good grades, surprisingly high retention, and really good involvement in some specific areas of campus. Meanwhile what does ZTA have besides pulling really attractive OOS girls? We still don't know how their new PC is going to shake out in terms of grades/reputation and their older PCs are NOT well-liked or well-regarded. I can definitely see PBP being a tier above AGD. But ZTA and AGD are at the same level... just completely different vibes.
