Definitely get very involved!! Consider running for a smaller leadership position even if it's just being part of a committee or two because you'll spend time with those people and bond with them! Also really just put effort into your relationships... It sucks but sometimes you just can't wait for people to come to you. You have to be on top of the plans in order for them to come to fruition. I was in the same position as you but by the end of sophomore year I was super tight with my house! So many girls tend to go inactive or early alum that the upperclassmen girls get really close. Now I'm a senior and my PC is so so so tight. It gets better!
