DDD got top OOS PNMs just like how last year Kappa got those PNMs, but Kappa dropped the ball entirely. PM stole pretty girls with high achievements from AXO and AGD who didn't have a hot time this year at all. Pi Phi and GPhi much more popular with Northern PNMs. AGD, ADPi, DZ, AOPi fell. Kappa's PC17 is worse than their PC16 but it's not a crisis yet. Everyone else equal.
