There is no #2 on this list I made. It's tiers within tiers, but is in no relative order. i.e. EX, OX, SAE occupy the 2nd through the 4th spot, but are more or less on the same level, so anyone can argue who's 2nd. The purpose of this list is to get a general idea of how the tiers look as opposed to specific order. Love,
