Yep. And over 75% of bids are issued to oos pnms, so every chapter has more oos pnms than instate, even on OR. And if you wonder where the oos pnms with those stellar grades are pledging, like I said, check the chapter grade reports. Clearly some chapters are a lot more selective than others who have a vast majority of girls from "more intelligent" places.
