And the "B" level is not the stronger OOS it's is the weaker in state. The houses pursuing that model - with a very strong in state bias and deeper into the depth chart selection approach - are falling. Doing better are the OR houses open to the better OOS. But if they become exclusionary to OOS actives, that catches up to them too. I think we have seen this this year. Sorry @GuessWhat, you clearly don't care. But you may want to rethink that!!
