You are proving the point! Because there aren't enough of the Mobile and MB girls to fill the house and meet expenses. That's exactly the issue. The houses have gotten to the size and expense that the MB and Mobole girls can't solely support them. So they "need" the OOS girls and pursue many OOS pnms during rush. Then as noted above, the "we don't care about you". comes out. If they stick to the only the ones we know approach - the houses seem weak by comparison.
