This is impossible. PNM's who attend Pref AND list every chapter they preffed on their pref card are guaranteed a bid from one of those chapters. Agree with PP- if you did not get a bid under these circumstances you need to call your Rho Chi and Panhellenic asap. I suspect what happened is that you didn't list your 3rd party on your pref card and you screwed yourself. If you had listed it and they also had made quota before your name came up, you would have had a very high chance of matching to your 1st or 2nd choice as a Quota Addition. When you suicide, you're making the decision that you'd rather not be Greek at all than join the house(s) you leave off your Pref card. Sounds like you're living with the consequences of that decision.
