Did very well (at least comparatively to previous years): ZTA, APhi, GPhi, DDD Did pretty well: XO, Pi Phi, DG Did okay: Phi Mu, ADPi, DZ, Theta Did poorly compared to other years: AXO, KKG, AGD, AOPi No: KD All of this is relative, of course. This doesn't mean that GPhi got a better PC than Phi Mu, but it's comparing their new PC to their usual PCs.
