OP, I would definitely request a room change. Drunk girls are great but only if you are also drunk. My first semester I had an 8am five days a week and one of my suitemates went out 3+ schoolnights a week, which would have been fine except that she was SUPER LOUD when coming home and sometimes would bang on my door and scream for me to come outside so that we could "hang out" or whatever. It was absolutely miserable I didn't end up doing anything about it because she dropped out (tends to happen to people who go out 5-6 nights a week, i'm just saying) but you should think about it if their drinking effects your productivity.
