I think it's really about your tone and attitude. If you are going to admit that you aren't clicking with a house or you are clicking with other houses better you have to remember that that house is AMAZING and the active you're talking to LOVES it. It's not that DZ is bad, for example, it's that you like another house slightly more. That's the approach required.
