Hello, I'm in another house, but I lived with a Pi Phi and a ZTA last year. This is just what I observed, not saying it's true to everyone, but the ZTA ended up dropping and transferring due to the constant drama. She also said there was several cliques and not everyone was as close. Obviously there is cliques in every house, but these cliques weren't the ones you wanted to be around. Now for other girls it may be different, I know a girl in my rho chi group LOVES ZTA however, she's your typical, very friendly out of state girl that was the cheerleader captain, straight a's, etc. I feel like if you're looking for more sincere and meaningful relationships, you would want to go Pi Phi. Their girls aren't as good looking as ZTA, but they're very involved on campus. Not as involved as like AXO or Phi Mu, but they have a great sisterhood from what I've observed and great involvement. They seem to be very levelheaded. Whenever she would bring her friends over, they alway seeemed very close, and everyone in their pledge class is best friends and that's very incredible for having a 140+ girls in a pledge class. If you're looking for looks.. less involvement and a more cliquey sisterhood, pledge ZTA, Pi Phi is more laid back and more involved less into being super dolled up 24/7
