You're all wrong. There was a post earlier this year where someone literally went through and did the houses with the most top tier chapters. Theta was not even in the top 5 if I remember correctly. APhi and Kappa had by FAR the most. Surprisingly, KKG does not have as many top chapters in the South as everyone here likes to thinks. It's mainly us, UGA, Ole Miss. But these two houses dominate every other region. DG, XO, and Pi Phi were next if I remember correctly. Then Theta and DDD. I'll try to dig up the post, it was very informative. ZTA is COMPLETELY irrelevant outside of the South, as is KD and Phi Mu except for at a few select schools.
