Pref tends to be really serious. You get a little glance into every sorority's ritual and usually will be paired to speak with someone you already know personally or you talked to earlier in the week. Older actives often share their experiences and explain why their house is so meaningful to them. You will probably talk about that with whoever rushes you. It is an awesome but emotional night and lots of girls cry, both PNMs and actives. It is no longer your job to impress the house, it is the house's job to sell themselves to you.
