I'm going to be blunt and it's probably going to sting: If your resume was that great and every house but 1 released you, you are not going to have a better rush next year as a sophomore. Sophomores who re-rush successfully tend to have a known issue that is fixable - ie, they were a grade risk or had no recs or were painfully shy. Snap bids are not an option. First, houses have to not make quota during bid matching to even be eligible for snaps (RARE) and second, in that situation they usually look at top pnms who didn't return for pref. You probably got cut too early to be on anyone's radar for a snap should there even be any this year. This one house sees something in you for their sisterhood. My advice IF you really want to be Greek is to finish the process. If they invite you to pref, you are guaranteed a bid from them. Every house is huge and offers basically the same sorority experience - living in the house, big/ lil sis, parties, participation in Greek events, etc. Your pledge class will be so huge that if you can't make a group of girls friends in it, sorry dear, the problem is you.
