In the long run you may actually be happy that this happened. Being with hs friends is great and all but you will hang out with them even if you are in different houses. This will give you an opportunity to spread your wings and meet new people. You most likely will never know why you were dropped but in the end it really doesn't matter. This goes for anyone who is sad a certain house dropped you. Don't look back at what could have been. Focus on what is in front of you and be excited for that.
