I felt a more genuine feeling at some houses. I also tried to look at the way they were treating others while I was there. If they were all over someone and not me- I noticed. If they were all over me and neglecting others- I noticed that too. I tried to look at how it would be later and how I would fit in. I wanted a place that was genuine. I would suggest doing this.
