Thanks for your time, Troll. My questions are responsible and legitimate. I hope that if houses haven't considered making this information available to parents- this post will cause them do to so. I hope and pray the house I receive a bid to is responsible and safe and more respectful than some of the posters here. I won't stop until I have the answers to satisfy myself and my parents. They have insurance questions as well (this happens when your parents are attorneys!) but I doubt anyone here can answer those. Hopefully someone on EC can answer these or provide co fact I formation for someone who can on bid day. Thanks again.
