having a sister in a house basically guarantees you will be on the first bid list for that chapter. it also scares some houses away and they get weird about it. the confident houses are not deterred though if they believe you are keeping all your options open and they think they are a stronger house than your legacy house. those confident houses understand that little sisters sometimes want to make their own way and are tired of always being in the shadow of their older sister. so it cuts both ways but either way is okay.
