It sounds like it's an important part of your life and something you enjoy. When actives ask what your hobbies are you should say you love fashion and modeling, when they ask what you did this summer you can say that you've participated in some fashion shows and it's something you really enjoy. I think your self-awareness that this may come off as attention-seeking or snobby is WONDERFUL. You are conscious of your image and that bodes well for recruitment. Just be humble, don't hype yourself up but emphasize what you enjoy about modeling/fashion shows and why. I'm sure this will get some downvotes and I'm sure some people will advise you play it safe rather than be sorry but honestly... This sounds like a serious hobby for you and you don't want to pledge a house that is unsupportive of your passions. Same goes for YouTube/blogging/whatever. You want sisters that picked you BECAUSE of who you are, not in spite of it. If this is something you are serious about then please talk about it. We are trying to get to know you.
