First of all, I doubt there is much of a difference in terms of the makeup of girls living in the houses. Secondly, DO NOT favor one house over the house because you heard it's easier to live there as a sophomore! That ability will not matter if the rumor isn't true or you actually do not vibe with your sisters. Once you get a bid you can hear about the process to getting a spot in the house and work as hard as you can to get there. The only rule I can safely say applies to every house is that executive council members are required to live in-house unless they have special circumstances.
