Like the comment about no trophies for all. Look, it is a mutual selection process but the sororities really make the calls except at the very very end. PNMs have some ability to influence by how you rank and stuff, but really what you decide is not all that critical. We have tons of girls coming through. We do the best we can. Somebody scoring you low on IWT is only after they measure you up and confirm our initial impressions and presumptions. Yes, it can suck and be unfair, but it is the process we have. If you don't think an active can tell if you are of their tribe very quickly, based on a ten minunte convo, you don't know how to read people very well. Yes, those reads can be wrong sometimes but again we do the best we can.
