The incident at UConn led to an investigation of the chapter that led to other issues they hadn't known about before. A sorority would never close a chapter just because a member died in a tragic non-sorority related accident. I'm not saying that couldn't happen here but our nationals have such a tight hold on us that I think it's very unlikely.
