From MY perspective as an active in a different NR house, I can tell that AOPi has been working well at painting themselves differently than how they're actually portrayed and how people actually view them. I don't mean this in a hateful way either... They're doing good in terms of working that PR magic. Talking about the Witt Cup, the HoCo queen, following lotssss of PNMs on their sorority insta handle, consistently posting only their "more attractive" girls, paying CollegeWeekly for their rush video, self ranking on this site, etc. It's not hard to tell that they're pushing very hard to show PNMs a more "hyped up" version of themselves. And because of this, I think that it does create interest and draws in a lot of the OOS girls who are overlooked by higher ranked NR houses.
