I thought it was cute. It pretty much looks like every other Recruitment video I've ever watched, but really, what more could they do, except have people actually on camera talking about what their sorority means to them? Do houses actually pay to have these things done? (Someone above mentioned something about money might be better spent for bid day.) I guess I'm surprised that in a house with 400 people, not a single one of them could make it on their own.
