Interesting but seems paranoid. Certainly would be a dirty trick to play on both. The top pnm gets mislead into thinking the house wants the pair and the less desired pnm gets potentially hung out. Even if she gets a bid, she comes in as filler. Plus, where there is a pair of besties and one is super strong and another is just good, most houses go with the package without playing games to try to trick the top pnm into putting them 1st after pref. . .
