Believe it or not you can use it anywhere. If your lower back sweats, put some there. If your side sweat, put some there. Try using a clinical grade for under arms (certain dry is good - buy it now. It takes a week or two to really get going). And honestly, if you can, stick a travel pack of baby wipes or some kind of wipe in your bag. At the end of the day when all you want is a shower, this will help as a quick refresher and help you feel less grimey.
