ADPI and Phi Mu are both fraternities and are the oldest. 1851 & 1852 respectively. Originally founded as the Adelphean and Philomathean societies in Macon Georgia at Wesleyan University. But yes they should teach you this of (insert sorority you pledge), if they don't bring it up with the membership director.
