I'm sure that there are tears on Bid day when the envelopes are opened and a pnm sees XYZ house and it is not what was hoped for or expected. How awkward is this for the actives and fellow pnms who are thrilled to be in XYZ house? Do they hold this reaction against the crying PNM?
