Do I think women are judged unfairly by their appearances? Yes. However... There's a difference between a girl who uses makeup to enhance her natural features, such as mascara to lengthen her eyelashes, foundation to even out her skin tone, etc. and a girl who uses makeup as a tool to deceive, such as lip injections, overdrawing lipliner, fake eyelashes, etc. There's a blunt difference between how makeup is used and what the end product looks like. I think the reason why people bring up that makeup is a "bad" thing is because these girls who are "piling" it on are doing so to deceive... These girls look like two completely different people with makeup and without it... And to me, and to a lot of other people, that's alarming. It's fake. That being said, I think you can do whatever you want. Personally, caking on makeup isn't appealing to me so I'm not going to do it. On the other hand, if that's what you enjoy, then by all means go ahead however DO NOT complain about it. I'd also like to mention that a lot of these girls who complain about how unfair it is for them to be judged for caking on makeup are the same girls who make fun of other girls' natural looks... Just ironic to me.
