Why are a few Old Row houses here consistently always ranked higher over a few New Row houses? I'm not trying to start a fight over OR vs. NR but I'm really just curious. There are a few OR houses that don't (or barely) work hard for the place they have whereas a few NR houses have stepped it up and have the leg up in many aspects when compared to their OR counterparts... So what keeps OR on top? Is it just the antiquated idea that OR "status" is still relevant or is it just because of popularity during rush?
