It's actually funny bc I was in no way an exceptional PNM. I wasn't involved in the typical things houses look for, I have average looks, I'm not crazy rich, and wasn't a legacy. I did have good grades/ACT scores, but so many other girls do too. I preffed 2 other NR houses that were both middle/lower and I legitimately liked those houses and would have been happy there too. I know that this make me the exception and not the rule, but it still definitely happens. There are 7 old row houses- not everyone that they give bids to are going to be top, perfect PNMs.
