I definitely agree with all of your comments! I won't deny that there are a lot more far OOS girls in new row than old row, all my friends in new row houses love where they are. Sometimes posts about IS vs OOS make it seems like all OOS girls will be ostracized in an old row house and that's not the case. I almost chose to put one of the NR houses as my first choice during pref because I was afraid that I would be lonely in an OR houses because of my location/lack of connections. I still believe I would have had a great experience there, but I'm glad I stuck with the house that i was most excited about during rush because it's where I fit.
