Can we please stop with this agenda that far OOS girls have no chance to get in an old row house and would be unhappy there? Because that's simply not true. I knew nobody coming in, ended up in an old row house(preffed 2 other new row houses though) and I love it. From what I had heard on here during rush, I never thought I would be in an OR house(because of where I'm from), but I fell in love during rush and they never dropped me lol. I have a strong group of friends, I'm proud to be in the sorority that I'm in and I'm confident that I would have had the same experience no matter where I went. I'm not the exception to the rule either. There are so many other girls from the northeast/midwest/west/southwest that go into old row houses and are happy. Don't get me wrong, most of my friends are from OOS, but why does that matter? Most of my friends would be from OOS if I went new row so I don't see a difference. Don't let people scare you to try and convince you that you would be miserable in 7 of the 16 houses just because they tend to have more southern girls.
