Assuming you're not a troll: Every house is going to have girls that are super involved and girls that don't do anything. Every house will give you a chance to be super involved in their philanthropy, greek week/homecoming, and campus in general. If you are interested in having a higher-up leadership position then you may be better of at a new row house instead of an old row house. The new row houses that I think of as being most involved overall are Theta, ADPi, and DG. To be honest you seem to be under the impression that you have more of a choice in where you go than you actually do. The houses pick you, you don't pick them. Go through the process naturally and select the house you feel the most comfortable in. When you ask actives about their philanthropy/involvement you will be able to tell who is being genuine, trust me. Good luck!
