That list is completely messed up. Phi Mu is no longer top tier, let alone number one, after this fall. Zeta and Pi Phi should be up with Alpha Gam and before AOPi, and Theta is somewhere in with DZ and Alpha Phi. Should look more like this Top- AXO, XO, KD Top Middle- Kappa, Phi Mu, Tri Delt Middle- Zeta, Alpha Gam, Pi Phi, AOPi Bottom Middle- ADPi, DZ, Theta, APhi Bottom- DG, Gama Phi
