I just watched that new Flip or Flop show based in Atlanta on HGTV, and the first house they flipped was in Buckhead. They sold it in the high $600Ks. I was surprised, because I always hear how uber fancy and rich that area is, but $600K is pretty standard where I live (which is insane, if you ask me), and certainly NOT rich. Goes to show that zip codes mean nothing since there are wealthy and non-wealthy people in every area.
