Three reasons: 1) There are more new row houses than old row ones so statistically speaking having three old row houses on pref is not going to be that common. 2) New row houses are known for being mainly OOS, but most of the OOS students at Bama are still from the south. Southern OOS girls might like the culture of old row but maybe only have the connections for one or two of them. They are southern enough for old row but OOS enough for new row. 3) The new row/old row distinction is not as big of a deal as people on here want you to believe. The end.
