Snap bids are offered personally by phone or in person before bid day and run home with everyone else. Only a few actives will know if anyone got snapped and the new member class does not know. COB Eligible - Did not turn down a bid or accept a bid and drop within a full year, meaning she did not sign the MRABA and then go against it. Could have been released from all houses or dropped out of recruitment. Both are options if it doesn't work out, but neither should be an intentional strategy.
